i have a form in which there r three blocks
Employee,
Assignments,
suspension
i have done intsertion,updation in suspension block
other two blocks r used to populate data from lov
when i run lov i got message " do You want to save changes yes/no"
i attached form

That message is always necessary. There are uncomitted records and you've got code that's trying to replace them, so oracle has to ask that question.
You need to work out why you've got uncommitted records.
