I write a trigger in the trigger item.I want call it the specific form of the trigger "when-new-form-instance."

I still don't understand the question, but let me guess.

Step A: You wrote some code into a trigger (which one?).
Step B: Now you'd want to call that trigger from WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE?

If so, move code from the trigger (in step A) into a procedure and call that procedure from the trigger in step B.

If not, well, you aren't charged by number of letters you write here, so give your best and explain the problem with much more details. A screenshot is welcome as well.
